SHIPPING POLICY

PRE-ORDERS

All products are released under a pre-order model unless otherwise stated. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item before production begins. This approach allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and produce each collection with greater attention to detail.

Production Timeline: Once the drop window closes, production begins immediately. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for manufacturing, sea freight transit, quality inspection, and packaging before your order is ready to dispatch.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We ship throughout the United States using fully tracked shipping services. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes levied by their respective countries upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

 

ORDER TRACKING & DISPATCH

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update the tracking coordinates once transit has been initiated.

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Societys Own is not liable for packages that are successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer but are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking status states Delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation using your provided tracking ID.

Ensure your delivery location is safe and that your entry coordinates are entered correctly at checkout.
